Walking with Piuma in Dubai

What does lightness simplify most of all?Transport. Every night Piuma walked around Dubai thanks to its weight: 500 grams. The exhibition of the Karbony chair in the Design District, during the Dubai Design Week, was transformed into a traveling exhibition. Art galleries, shops, mall, but also crowded squares and busy streets: every place was good to stop and, thanks to its resistance, sit down. Help was only needed in front of the Burj Khalifa Tower: one of the 57 elevators made transportation easier to go up to the 123rd floor. And so, Piuma entered At.Mosphere, the world's tallest restaurant in the tallest building on Earth. Lightness can reach any peak.

Karbony at Dubai Design Week.

There is a city of 3 and a half million inhabitants between the sea and the desert. Attractive for business, glamour for top brands, opulent in everything, even in the architecture of the buildings: they are the tallest in the world. It is not just the capital of the United Arab Emirates: Dubai has also become the creative capital and design hub of the Middle East. Between 7 and 12 November it hosted the ninth edition of Dubai Design Week. Karbony was present with Piuma: lightness among luxury.
