Karbony at Milano Design Week 2024

Superdesign Show: thinking different.

This is the theme of the 2024 edition of the Superdesign Show, Superstudio’s annual event for Milan Design Week, which sees the participation of 11 countries across 3 continents, involving more than 80 companies and nearly 40 innovative projects. Adorning the entrance hall of Superstudio will be The show of the Shadow, an installation that presents the Karbony project by breaking the mold and going beyond the products themselves. A new narrative of the resilience, lightness, and elegance of carbon and its weavings, created by making the Karbony products float in the air to generate continuous movement and enrich the space with the weavings of the carbon fiber, which, by playing with light, cast shadows capable of creating new spaces. The products are created by designers Matteo Munaretto, Gino Carollo, and Delia Dolci, architect Simone Micheli, and Carlo Cappellotto, founder of Karbony.
